By accessing surbach.org and its reports, courses, research, designs, data and products, you agree to these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on surbach.org, including reports, academic papers, research documents, datasets, policy briefs, course materials, designs, infographics, software and project documentation, is proprietary to SURBACH and protected by Nigerian copyright law and applicable international treaties.
Permitted use
You may access and view content for personal or internal use only. Without written permission, you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, mirror, train AI or machine-learning models on, or create commercial derivative works from our content.

For organisational licensing, bulk access or partnership enquiries, contact licensing@surbach.org. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Abuja, FCT.
